We are a small independent wholesale business, we also have a small independent retail business (a book shop) – we know what it’s like being you, we’re in the same place as you. We will work very hard to give you the products and the service you need to be able to make a profit from your business dealings with us.

Product Details

We try to keep our product details up to date, however, from time to time producers will change the design of products and perhaps even the specification. If you notice something that is incorrect, firstly please accept our apologies, and then feel free to drop us a note and we’ll correct the product description or image. If you’d like to see more information associated with the products we offer, let us know and we’ll try and add in more detail – we’d like this website to became not just a place to buy from, but also a place to get your product info. Shipping & Delivery

We’ll cover the cost of shipping if your order is over £200 & vat. Our standard shipping charge £6.95 for delivery will apply to all orders below £200. The correct shipping charge will be shown on your pro-forma invoice which will be emailed to you once we have started processing your order. We aim to pick, pack and ship your order within 5 working days of receipt. In some cases delivery may take a little longer, but we’ll keep you updated with the progress of your order.

Privacy & Security

The Sales Office does not disclose buyers’ information to third parties. When you order from us, we will require your shop name, contact name, address, e-mail address, phone number and other similar information to enable us to process your order, notify you of acceptance of your order and deliver the goods ordered. We may, unless you tell us not to, pass this information to our couriers or other agents in case they need to contact you to arrange the processing or delivery of your order.


Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Online Warehouse, and just select the qty you want, click the ‘Add to Cart’ button, they will then added to your order. After you have finished your selection, click on “Checkout Now” in the Cart and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Goods are supplied on a pro-forma basis with goods despatched on receipt of payment in full. Payment can be made by credit/debit card and we do not charge a premium for payments of this type. For payment by bank transfer our bank details are provided on our invoices.

Viewing Orders

At any time you can just click on ‘Cart’ in the top right of your screen and you’ll be able to see what you’ve ordered so far.

Updating Account Information

At the bottom of each page is a link to My Account, you can update any of the details you have previously saved.
